Library Bag

I've finished the crocheting, and the sewing up of the seams.
Now I need to sew in the lining and sew on the handles.

    I have made a few bags and purses. But do you have a problem with the straps stretching alot? I have tried a few differant patterns and I have not found one that works for me yet.
